• Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Perishable goods (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy) are not eligible unless they arrived damaged or spoiled.

2. Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection.

• If a replacement is preferred, we will arrange a new delivery at no extra cost (for eligible items).

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
   If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with order details and a photo for quick resolution.
